ABOUT US
Tom Fallone, BBA, is a certified personal trainer and a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. He has been providing training, nutritional and fitness services throughout Palm Beach County for over 5 years.
Additionally, Tom is the Vice President of Fast Track Wellness, a corporate wellness company which assists companies throughout the US in keeping their employees healthy. Tom earned a BBA in marketing and management at Northwood University in South Florida and has worked at numerous fitness facilities in Palm Beach County.
Tom believes that fitness, combined with healthy eating habits is the key to longevity. He is a strong advocate for juvenile exercise programs to establish healthy living patterns early in life and has helped literally thousands of people dramatically improve their health. By keeping up with the latest in theory and practice, Tom can ensure clients the quickest and most effective results.
Plus, he's an all around super trainer and a great guy!
 Karen McCauley is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Health Coach and a RN. As a graduate of Trocaire College in Buffalo , Karen spent years in the healthcare industry- first in clinical practice and then in administration. While in Buffalo , Karen founded several companies, two of which made the INC TOP 500 Companies List. Upon relocating to Florida , Karen turned her sights once again to entrepreneurship and founded FastTrack Wellness, a corporate health and wellness company. Recognizing the need for a community based outdoor fitness program, which would encompass a total wellness approach, Karen partnered with Tom Fallone and co-founded FastTrack FitCamp. Karen oversees the FitCamp from a health perspective.
