How much does FitCamp cost?
12 one hour sessions is $199.00.

Where is FitCamp located?
FitCamp is held at various parks in Juno Beach , Jupiter, Singer Island and West Palm Beach . Call or email for the location of our camps, as we are adding more times and locations. Workouts will vary between the beach and the park.
What is the sign-up process?
- Step 1 Go to Sign Up and complete form.
- Step 2 – Go to pay here and select camp and form of payment. You can also simply call us and we will assist you. Tel : 561-626-9065.

What does the boot camp include?
Camp will include a combination of cardio and strength training.
You will receive:
- One-on-One Nutritional Counseling with recommendations
- Work Out Plan for non camp days
- Weight Loss Recommendation Plan (if you desire one)
What should I bring to camp?
Beach towel or mat and water.
Wear sneakers and comfortable shorts or pants.

What happens if it rains?
On most days, we will still work out unless there is lightning or extremely down pours. You should never assume fit camp is cancelled.
What kind of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness program, long time fitness buffs and triatheletes. We will have a program to fit your work out needs. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED!
Is there a refund policy?
We can only give you a credit towards another fit camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstance beyond your control. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom.
You can expect, yoga/pilates-type mat work, running, jogging, full body work exercises, obstacle courses, cardio-vascular training, calisthenics, and core work.
It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! The instructors teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see as much as 3-8 pounds of weight loss after the first month. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
Many (up to 75%) of the campers return for additional FitCamp adventures. We also offer intense boot camps for athletes, as well as corporate fit camps and the "RiteStyle LifeStyle Club" consisting of kayaking, paddle boarding and biking
What Changes Can I Expect?
If you follow the program we set up for you, you can expect:
- Weight loss of 5 - 10 pounds
- Decrease in BMI
