FITCAMP PROGRAMS

12 Pack FitCamp
At FitCamp, participants can expect to do targeted muscle group workouts utilizing weight resistance techniques.  These workouts are low impact and geared towards all fitness levels.  Sessions are broken out into upper body and lower body work outs with body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats and lunges, plus strength training exercises with resistance bands. Some days, the sessions are conducted right on the beach. The routines are designed to trim, tone and strengthen muscles and bones; thereby enhancing overall health and longevity. Additional benefits include greatly increased energy, endurance and decreased BMI.

Private Personal Training Sessions
Work out with a personal trainer in your home, or in an outdoor setting.

Corporate FitCamp
FitCamps are conducted on premises of businesses and are custom designed to meet the needs of the participants and employer.  Camps can also be offered to employees off site, in areas such as parks and community centers.  Programs design  can  also encompass overall wellness coaching. 

Wellness Coaching
One-on-one health coaching to assist in disease management via education and daily encouragement by email, phone contact and personal meetings.  Coaches are professionally trained  healthcare specialists.   They will be available for your questions and concerns.  Client conditions include, but are not limited to diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and cancer.  Please note that this is coaching and education – not hands on nursing care.
